The first thing I want to talk about is surprising your customers/viewers so maybe giveaways, contacting your customers/viewers are things that come a long way in making your customers/viewers feel special and heard. Caring for your customers/viewers is always on the top of your mind when working and creating ideas but going out of your ways once in a while, can really solidify your relationship with your customers/viewers.
2. Add a little bit of love in every aspect of business/ brand (because good vibes only)
What I mean by adding a little bit of love in every aspect of your business or brand is adding things like cute stickers, extra products, making a new wrapping style, dming someone who loves your products/ content, or writing a handwritten thank you letter. These things can really show that your care for that specific individual customer/viewer, plus doing something for your customers/viewers or brand/business that makes you happy is even better.
3. Watching what you post on Social Media
The last thing is social media, we have learned through school, parents, and just life experiences that what you post on social media can influence someone and especially when you are a business/brand that is actively looking for new people to learn about what you do, everything is key. So what you post is very important, so try to repost cute positive Instagram posts, delete negative comments on your social media accounts, or just share more love through the little things like your music choice on your social media accounts. What you post and repost can really make people draw towards your brand/ business, and when it has a warm positive feel to it, you will have gotten a viewer/customer for life.
